Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the OKS Leather website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
OKS Leather designs and sells genuine leather jackets online and ships them worldwide. Contact us at [email protected].
2. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because we use natural, full-grain leather, each jacket may vary slightly in grain, texture and color, and screens display colors differently. These variations are not defects.
3. Prices and currency
Our prices are set in US dollars. When you choose another country, we show prices converted to your local currency, and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your card issuer may charge its own conversion or foreign transaction fees. For destinations marked as duties-included, prices include import duties and taxes.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and in Pakistan also Cash on Delivery, mobile wallets and bank transfer. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
6. Made-to-measure and custom orders
Custom jackets are made to the measurements and design details you provide. Please check them carefully. Each custom jacket includes one free alteration, but custom orders cannot be cancelled once cutting has started and cannot be returned for a refund.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
8. Discount codes
Discount codes have no cash value, can’t be combined unless stated, and may expire.
9. Intellectual property
All website content — including text, photos, logos and designs — belongs to OKS Leather and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live, including rights under EU and UK consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
