Ready-to-ship jackets leave our workshop in 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping takes 5–8 business days to the US, UK, Canada and Europe; express shipping takes 3–5 business days.

No — for the US, UK, Canada, EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand, all duties and taxes are included in the price. For other countries, local duties may apply on delivery.

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.

Lambskin relaxes slightly with wear and molds to your body. Cowhide and buffalo leather keep their shape longer. Choose a snug — not tight — fit on day one.

Any jacket can be cut to your own measurements for $35 extra. Select “Made to measure” on the product page and enter your chest, waist, sleeve and height.

Yes. Every OKS Leather jacket is made from 100% genuine leather — lambskin, cowhide, buffalo, sheepskin or goat suede, as listed on each product page.

Natural grain, small scars and slight color variation are signs of real, full-grain leather. They are not defects, and they make every jacket unique.

Hang it on a wide hanger, keep it away from direct heat and sunlight, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and apply leather conditioner every six months. If it gets wet, let it air-dry naturally.

Custom and made-to-measure jackets are made only for you, so they cannot be returned for a refund. Each one includes a free alteration if the fit is not right.
