Shipping Policy
Free tracked shipping worldwide. For the US, UK, Canada, EU, Australia and New Zealand, all duties and taxes are included — no surprise fees on delivery.
1. Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and many more destinations, using express carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. Use the country selector at the top of the page to see prices in your currency.
2. Processing time
- Ready-to-ship jackets: 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-measure: 7–10 business days.
- Custom designs: 10–14 business days after design approval.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships and are not guaranteed during peak seasons or customs delays.
4. Duties and taxes
For the US, UK, Canada, EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand, all import duties and taxes are included in our prices (Delivered Duty Paid). You won’t pay anything extra on delivery. For other countries, local duties or taxes may be charged by your customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.
6. Address accuracy & failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may be charged.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
Every shipment is fully insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
8. Pakistan orders
Within Pakistan, delivery is free in 2–4 business days, with Cash on Delivery available nationwide. Our team calls to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
